As someone with major dental anxiety, these people are truly the most kind and caring team I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. "Just got home from an appointment. Needed to get estimates for wisdom teeth removal. Everything went good until I met a certain receptionist. She was very short and not helpful and seemed frustrated when I asked her questions. I found a very rude when I ask if she can give me different estimates for different prices, and she told me she “doesn’t have time to give me a hypothetical estimates”. If the service is better, I would give her a higher rating, but service me so much. Everyone was nice except for her to me."
"I regret taking my daughter to this place, customer service is horrendous. Once you check out it's like you don't matter to the front desk. I forgot to ask the front desk for a school slip once my daughter came out of surgery (because my daughter just wanted to go home, so I felt rush). I called the front desk to see if they can email me a copy ,so that I don't have to do the 30 minute drive, She did send me a copy but both sides were cut off couldn't even make out anything other than my daughter's name. I asked the front desk lady if she can send a new one and with attitude she said that's how it scans you can either come in and get a copy or I can fax it or wait until Monday because I'm the only one here and i can't mess around with the settings right now. I don't have a fax and even if I make the drive I wouldn't make it before closing and I get it, it's Friday but a little courtesy goes a long way. The only positive experience i had was with the nurse she was really helpful and answered my questions even after the surgery in regards to care.I would not recommend doing business with this establishment."
"My wife was treated like royalty. They definitely understood the anxiety of everything for patients and it was the absolute most professional and comfortable process possible!! The waiting room was very safe and spread out. Thankyou"
