"We visited for an initial consultation approximately two months ago and the way they treated my daughter, the equipment and the office staff were fantastic. We came back today for a follow up evaluation as my daughter still has 2 baby teeth that need to fall before starting the braces treatment. Today the way the staff was treating us and the overall vibe was different from our initial/sale visit. I explained to the dentist (and made myself very clear about this) how traumatized my daughter was about extracting her tooth as last year she had a very painful extraction. That's why I have an appointment for her extraction to be done by a pediatrician dentist in the next few days as referred by our family dentist. Dr. Davis or Dr. Nyczepir (not sure but it was an old man), decided to go ahead and try to extract my daughter's tooth as it is very loose and supposedly she wouldn't feel anything. But while he was trying to do so she was crying for him to stop and even when I asked him repeatedly to stop he continued until I got loud and my daughter literally started crying. He couldn't extract the tooth so it was obviously not that loose or easy as he initially assued. No apologies, no compassion, no respect to my request and my daughter's request for him to stop. Very disappointed and will not go further with My daughter's braces treatment with this dentist and location."

They are professional, experts in their line of work and we have been very impressed with their quality and care. The front desk receptionists have been here for years. Throughout our treatment, they have gotten to know each of my children and make us feel like family. They are always friendly, accommodating and quick to fit us in if we are having a true emergency. The rest of the office staff has been kind, extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. One of my children has high dental anxiety and they always make them feel at ease and provide a little extra TLC. They always take the time to explain things in detail at each appointment. I had such a great experience with my children that I decided to have orthodontics done myself!
