"I previously went to this dentist office prior to them moving locations and was seen due to a tooth bothering me. I went to my appointment they told me i needed a root canal and referred me to another dentist. I went to the other dentist had my root canal done and it’s been months since I’ve had it and it’s bothering me. I can’t get in to see the dentist who originally did my root canal for another three weeks therefore i called here as they were the ones who originally saw me in hopes to just get it looked at to see if it’s infected as it’s causing excruciating pain and the secretary tells me i can’t be seen since i had it done elsewhere as they won’t do a re treat. I wasn’t asking for them to re-treat/re-do my root canal i just wanted them to check my tooth to make sure it wasn’t infected and get me on antibiotics if it was in the meantime. I don’t understand how you can deny dental care due to someone else working on my tooth especially when this was the dentist i originally saw."

"I'm a new patient at this practice. Everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My hygienist was fabulous and spent a good amount of time with me. The desk staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Stoner was great. My exam seemed very thorough and the education and explanation was spot on. The thing that impressed me most about this practice was the calm and relaxed atmosphere. While this seems to be a very busy practice, nothing felt rushed. Despite the waiting room being mostly full, I didn't wait long and the staff didn't appear to be overwhelmed at all. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. Very professional and personable staff. Overall a great visit."

"They staff are nice, but I feel my dentist does not listen to me. After a root canal, I told them the adjacent tooth was in pain and I wasn't able to floss that area. They dismissed my concerns and I continued to have discomfort. ItBy the time my next appointment arrived, they told me that same tooth was now too far gone and they had to pull it. I feel the extraction could have been prevented if my concerns were taken seriously."
