But most importantly: the procedure (Tri-root canal. Yes, three of them in one tooth!) Dr. Packer was gentle and kind, and did a magical, perfect job. Zero discomfort during and/or after the procedure. No sore gums, no pain - nothing! I was impressed! And Dr. Packer called me himself a coupled of days later to check on me! Excellence all around.
