"Do NOT go here. I had work done here IN network but apparently the doctor they had do the work was NOT in network. I was NEVER told this before or after the work was done. Now my insurance won’t cover any of it bc that specific doctor was not covered by anthem. This is poor practice. They should let you know prior to getting 4k + work done that a specific doctor is not in network. I assumed the entire practice was in network considering they took Anthem at that time. Now they are forcing me to pay the entire bill and taking no responsibility. Been trying to figure this out for the better part of a year but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone, let alone someone who knows what they’re talking about. Shame."
