"Routine cleaning at 7 am appointment. Was welcomed in a friendly, timely manner and helped to my treatment seating, when the hygienist identified that I had not taken my prescription prior to the appointment and rectified the shortfall, Received cleaning with brushes and calculus removal tools and completed with flossing. Had dentist arrive to inspect cleaning and improvement since oral surgery. We discussed future actions and set a scheduled date in 4 months to replace the implant and review a slightly cracked crown. Paid the insurance shortfall and received a fresh prescription for the precautionary amoxicillin. Appointment completed with my departure in 52 minutes with all clinic personnel having handled me professionally and courteously."
