"I was referred here to Brian Nalls by my dentist for a root canal procedure. I don’t know of anyone who looks forward to these types of appointments and think that working in this kind of profession would make you more personable to calm your clients but the opposite was true for me here. The equipment wasn’t the only sterile thing in that office. The assistant never spoke more than seven words to me in two hours which were “were going to take an x-ray now”. The doctor was somewhat better but still not really that personable or friendly. I was mainly treated like another number coming through the door. The front desk staff were probably the best in terms of friendliness in the office. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for this type of procedure."
