"The Staff and hygienists are wonderful but Dr Rocket needs to strongly consider retiring. He was so disrespectful and inappropriate with me upon my last visit when I opted not to have X-rays done- I was shocked when he told me I could not return which caused me and my three kids to have to find another dentist when no one else is accepting new patients. On top of that, he sent me registered mail to let me know he would no longer care for my family. This was all unnecessary. His bedside manner is severely lacking. I do not recommend."

"I usually don’t write reviews, but the lady who answered the phone was very rude and rushed me off the phone. I wanted to make an appointment for a check up and she was in such a hurry I’m not even sure if she looked. She said they had no openings until the first of next year. I understand being busy, but there’s no reason to be rude. Also, if they are that busy just tell me the office isn’t accepting new patients. I would have preferred that instead of acting like I didn’t matter."
