"She refuses to see patients who has had to miss appointments due to him having crazy work schedules and major health issues that about caused his life. They think he can just run when they holler. She never finished her job and now refuses. Very unprofessional."

"I was made to come here as a minor as my mom believed she was a great dentist. Now as a 26 year old adult who has her own amazing dentist none of my root canals stayed and nerves were still there as I had severe exposed nerve pain. So was able to get most teeth pulled and struggle as can't afford dentures. Which wouldn't been a problem if she would of listened to my needs instead of scamming my mom out of tons of money!!! Told her I needed all kinds of root canals and filings when they would fall out immediately she refused to fix them unless we paid more other than 1 time but it was a filling. Just making this review as I was a minor and didn't realize how awful she did til finally going to my own dentist."

"Well, my last review was deleted, I don't know why. My experience in the beginning was good, she helped me in most things. It got worse after that. Appointment schedules is bad. Before I seen her, I never experience jaw pain in the joint area. And now I got TMJ, I hate to say this it's because of her. I forgive of that. My jaw been popping and in pain, it comes and goes... I got a better dentist I hope... in my past dentists, I never ever experienced it in my life. I hope that she needs another dentist to help her out..."

"Dr. Snelson seems to have too many patients to handle. She’s been my dentist for years but it’s impossible to get in for appointments now, my next cleaning had to be scheduled about 9 months out from my latest. I had an emergency situation a few months ago and got completely blown off, told to keep calling to check for an open spot to be seen, and now today they ask me to come in early for an appointment and here I am still in the waiting room over an hour past wondering why they had me come in early if I was just going to be sitting in their waiting room to past the original appointments time too."

"My wife got a pair of dentures here about 18 months ago. From the start the dentures have rubbed blisters in her mouth and these people haven't tried to make them right. Definitely would suggest that if you're getting dentures and you want a pair that fits,go somewhere else"
