"Terrible. I'm sorry but they are just awful. I have taken my children there three times now. The first time they made me wait three hours to see three kids, none of whom even had any issues, we were simply there for a cleaning and check up. The office staff was incredibly rude. However, I understand people have bad days so I didn't write them off. The second visit was so so, still rude staff. Wait time was long. Third visit I actually left. The staff was confrontational and rude I told them to forget the kids appointments that we would find another dentist. After three attempts I feel confident in saying that this is no longer a case of a bad day but their usual practice is to treat their clients, including small children, like absolute garbage."
