Wendy's 1709 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834

"Google says it was open until 12a. We when at 11pm and would not serve us. Very Disappointing Wendy’s. I bet you are down in sales in this location with if they are refusing sales. McDonald’s down street took great care of us"

"I have attempted to go to those Wendy's numerous times. Only ONCE was I able to order and they got that ordervwrong and when I went back thru the drive thru they told me there was nothing they could do, their system was down and they were closed!!! All within 15 minutes. EVERYTIME other than that once they had workers in the store all lights on all doors locked and drive thru they said system down we ate closed!!! 7 times within 3 weeks, no telling how many more times they were closed. Either get competent employees or close permanently so another more productive place can be there. $30 order and they said they can't fix it!!! Spicy chicken given instead of original and I had to throw it away because my elderly mother CANNOT EAT SPICY FOOD... Thanks for stealing my money. Horrible service employees don't want to work, they just want to get paid and sit in a closed store!!! Outrageous!!!"

"Got home and order was totally wrong and this hasn't been the first time. This is why they are replacing the fast food workers with self service kiosk. Will not return. Did survey on receipt and someone was supposed to call me but that never happened either. Will not return."

"Visited this location for the first time at 7:15pm today (9-27-22, a Tuesday) and they told me to go through the drive through because inside was closed. They were not cleaning at all. All the chairs were on the floor. All the inside lights were on. A lot of workers were sitting at the dining tables on their phones. The place also smelled like a lot of weed smoke. Me and my family left and went to McDonald's!"

"I've had some wonderful interactions with wonderful people at this location. But I just have to ask: What's the point in having a lobby if you aren't going to use it? Drive thru comes to a standstill because apparently the restaurant functions on a "one order at a time" system."
