"I made the appointment over the phone and SPECIFICALLY MADE SURE to explain that I am VERY anxious when it comes to dentist appointments and that I either needed laughing gas or put to sleep. So I was ASSURED I would have one or the other. I get to the appointment he comes in I'm thinking he's nice (or so I thought) and he has me sign the paper THAT ALSO says I was going to receive laughing gas yet I was refused it. He then numbs me which he did do very well, comes in which I ask the nurse AGAIN can he please use the laughing gas that I asked for before I came here, she then says no. He comes to take the tooth out and there's NO WAY he didn't see how high my blood pressure was even I could see it. He started gently but then when he said I'd feel pressure boy was he right bc it HURT LIKE H***!!! I was crying and hyperventilating he tells me to "STOP IT. STOP THIS RIGHT NOW I CAN'T HAVE THIS IN MY OFFICE!!!" SO I sat there panicking wishing and praying he'd just hurry up. He got it out and stitched me up. Then tried to be all nice again giving me instructions and told me "maybe you should take better care of your teeth and you won't have to do this again". He's a cocky and very rude and hateful man. And I will NEVER return to this office and I WILL BE making a complaint about this to the medical board. No one deserves to be treated the way I was especially when I told them UP FRONT that i had a very bad experience with dentists and I NEEDED SOMETHING TO HELP ME. and they then REFUSED it!!! Thanks for adding to the list making you the second bad experience I've had!"
