"PRICES NOT AS POSTED on kiosk. One star because I couldn't give zero. I chose a $9 wash and was charged $15. This has happen to other people I know as well multiple times. Per other reviews I've read and responses from owner they know but still haven't rectified. The towels and vacuum are not free you are paying for them!"

"I'm loving this car wash! The Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because you get completely Closed in during the wash and that make me a little nervous. I love the use of the towels, brush and tire shine. Nice, clean and safe spot."
"Would have given it five stars, however since both of their good vacuums went down, the only other one available is back in a corner making it extremely difficult to vacuum and it's nowhere near as powerful as the other two. I was using these vacuums (as well as purchasing the $11 wash every visit) 2-4 times a week, as I just bought my new SUV and I have 2 children under 10. I've had to spend twice the time and money to get the same job done with the last vacuum as I did with the one next to the building. Since they stopped working, they've probably lost 10 or so visits from me, since that last one in the corner also feels like a pretty tight squeeze to back you larger vehicles into, and you feel like your gunna bang the doors up while your rushing around due to the poor job the vacuum does. Please fix these vacuums and then you'll have five stars. Update: I have since returned to find that they have replaced ALL the missing vacuum hoses and they must have cleaned out or completely re tuned the vacuum cleaners because they work so well that they suck to the carpets! What can I say, their customer service is top notch! I will be returning as often as my car needs, and until my kids get their own cars, that will be quite often! Thanks for great customer service guys! 5 STARS!"
