"I would give them no stars, if possible. They had my car for a total of two weeks. After the first week of my car being there, I called to see if they had time to look at it and if they were able to do the estimate, when I told them my name and my car, they insisted that I dropped off a Camry when it was a Corolla. They had done the estimate for Camry parts, so they said they had to redo it and that they would give me a call back. They are closed on Friday so I waited for them to call on Monday. I received no call, so I called Tuesday morning. They were able to tell me I needed a whole new transmission and offered me different options. The car was ready late Friday afternoon. When I picked it up, it was so dark I couldn’t see the body of the car that well. The following morning, I noticed it was covered in gravel dust and there was grease hand prints all over it from having to be pushed. I also noticed that morning that there was a rattling noise from my exhaust. I called when they opened and told them about the rattle and they told me to come by that morning. I waited in the office for 2 hours for them to tell me it was a bent heat shield that was rattling against my exhaust. They were able to bend it back. Later that day, I was able to take my car to the car wash and I noticed the grease hand prints wouldn't come off in the car wash, a large scuff mark on the hood of my car and scratches on my driver side door. I’m very disappointed in their service and would not recommend it to anyone. Find somewhere else to go."

"Very nice people and they know transmissions! Highly recommended by friends and neighbors and they were right! I lost a little transmission fluid during some work done by a friend. I actually accidentally ended up at All American to have it checked out and refilled if necessary. Only later did I discover that everyone I spoke to had good things to say about the place - knowledgeable, fair and they stand behind their work. Everything they said was borne out by my experience. This will be the first and only place I go whenever I need A/T service! I pray God's blessing on everyone there because I was very blessed to find them."
