"I would give 0 stars if I could. I came in over a month ago with complaints of a cavity hurting, I drove over an hour just for them to do an X-ray and schedule me back because they claimed they couldn’t fix a cavity until after my teeth have been cleaned (even thought I have been having pain with it). They had me come back for a cleaning today, and when I made the appointment, I asked them to set it up so that I could get the cavities fixed while there so I wouldn’t have to wait. I asked immediately when I got to my appointment today if that was still the plan and was told yes. They did more X-rays today and now claim that I have too many and they can’t do fillings today and want me to come back 4 more times even thought I have told them I can’t do that because my insurance will be ending next week and I’m only off work 2 days that they are open. I could have done that if they would have addressed the cavities in my initial appointment."

"Made my husband an appointment at this location. The first appointment went well. They gave him antibiotics and sent up an appointment for today. He called yesterday to see if they had any openings for Wednesday. And when they said they didn’t he said that he needed to get some time off work so he could make it and would give them a call back. So he put in at work for a few hours of leave. And got it approved, then called this place back. They then proceeded to tell him that “his appointment was cancelled, and the dentist is leaving early because all her appointments were canceled” all her appointments were not cancelled. But they still refuse to accept their mistake. This is not a way to conduct a business. And since they are working in a trailer, you would think they would be more humbled. They are pathetic! Do not waste your time!"
