"The receptionist is the sweetest part of the whole experience. The lady who took the xray and checked on me (I was having two teeth surgically extracted) was really sweet too. The dentist only said I think two things to me sign consent and pay and are you numb. She was rough as a freggin cob but got the teeth out so all in all guess u get what u pay for."

"I ended up at Templeton because they accepted my insurance and they had the soonest availability. The two at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and I loved them. The hygienist I had wasn’t very talkative, which I understand can be part of someone’s personality, but overall, even from Dr Campbell I didn’t feel like they truly cared about my teeth and they were trying to get me in and out as fast as possible. My cleaning took 15-20 minutes which is very fast compared to what I’ve had my entire life. I asked about a tooth that had been occasionally hurting, rather than offer what the reason for the occasional pain might be after lol king at it and not seeing anything they just said to come back in if it kept bothering me. I’ll be finding a new dental office to go to."

"Treated very poorly..last and only time I patronned this office..my appt. was changed, then after the visit with a dentist who was not friendly at all, I was scheduled to come back, and that appt. was also changed per a text from someone at approximately 7pm the evening before the appt. which was very strange..after a series of texts and replies, I told them to just forget it..I assumed it was because I was a new patient and used Medicaid at the time, which they no longer accept..I did not understand why they were so unprofessional.. the only positive detail about my visit was the friendliness of the receptionist."
