"I had to change dentists because I moved. I enjoyed seeing the hygienist at this location. However, when it came to getting my xrays sent to the new dentist, it was the worst unnecessary hassle. I was told I had to come in and sign a release form to get them. That was fine. I drove 1hr 15 min one way on Sat. Aug. 13 because Google said they were open 8-12. The hours were not accurate so I did 3 hours total driving for nothing. Monday morning, I was waiting at 8am for them to open because Google said they open at 8. No one was there until 9. I had to sit in my car an hour. When I went inside, the receptionist ignored me for 20 minutes while she held a telephone that she was not talking on. I assume she was holding for someone, therefore, she could have acknowledged my existence by saying something brief to me instead of acting like I was not in the room. When she finally did speak to me, I advised her of the incorrect hours on Google. She did not apologize or seem to care. She told me they couldn't do anything about it. With some effort, these changes can be achieved. I am familiar with how the system works. They seem to not care. After all of that trouble, my xrays were sent, but I never even had to sign a thing. This makes me wonder why I drove a total of 6 hours, used 60 in gas, to walk up, not show ID, not even have to verify my date of birth or anything, and get these xrays. They made such a huge deal over it and I never signed anything. They didn't even know if it was really me. They just wanted to make a hassle out of it, I suppose because they got mad that I was changing dentists. It makes sense to go to the dentist near your house, there was no reason for them to act that way."

"The gave me a root canal and a filling. The filling fell out about 6 months later. They got filling in my eye and told me I’d be fine, and then I got a severe eye infection not even two months after. DO NOT GO THERE"

"I’m in my fourth year of REGRET going here for extractions and dentures… dentist didn’t listen during my extractions … caused bad bruising on one side of my face… I got dentures and they’ve NEVER FIT! I went back multiple times to get him to fix them. Last time I went, he patted me on my back to the door saying “I wish I could help you “!! In other words, he was done! It would have been nice if he’d tried. They’re ugly and so crooked, not covering the back gum on one side on top and food, no matter what I’ve tried… and I’ve tried!! My bottom set is so big and will not stay either… I paid a lot of money for this and pain ever since!! Best advice…GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"
