The communication and updates during the process were great. My mirror and drivers side door panel were in need of repair. After the repair the car looked as good as new and all the features of the mirror worked as new (lane change warning as example). They even cleaned the inside and I think washed the car too - this was a nice extra touch. I would definitely recommend and use again!"
