"My AC was toast and pumping out warm air only. I was quoted nearly 3K from a dealership for full replacement of the AC unit. Brought to peacock for a second opinion, they diagnosed a leak in the unit and refilled it, now it works good as new for less than 10% of my original estimate. Lifesaver!"

Thank you Peacock - I really appreciate you. This … is a tough review to write. Because I appreciate their honesty and that they won’t do work just to do it for an easy buck. However, I had some work done on my car here (the rear sway bars replaced). Shortly after my car started making a horrible grinding and poping noise. I took it back for an oil change and to check out the noise. I was concerned it might be related to the recent work done. I was assured it was just rust on the undercarriage. Gradually the noise has gotten worse. I took it to another location for my inspection (because peacock doesn’t do them) and I failed my inspection, because my sway bars are missing parts and improperly installed. So…..bit of a bummer there. Now I’m back to driving to the dealership. Which, I am sad about because the reviews and honestly first experience seemed so promising."

Although she was managing a very busy service desk alone, her courteous, polite, and professionalism never wavered despite constant phone calls.
