"The owner of the company aggressively tailgated me through a residential 35 mph zone in Dayton. I sped up to 45 to try to get some distance but he kept up insanely close. His huge black service truck was so close I could only see the bumper inches from my rear. I have been driving a long time and this is one of the scariest things that’s happened to me. I pulled over to let him pass as soon as I could then called the number on the back of the truck to complain. The driver himself answered and started yelling “Im glad I did!” Evidently he thought I had pulled out too close in front of him and felt justified in terrifying me. I guess he also felt entitled to speed in a residential area. I would not trust someone this angry and aggressive to do any work. There are plenty of other business out there run by good people."

"Be very careful! Up until my last visit, I would have given a 5 star rating. But, what you are promised you would be charged for services and what you actually are charged, are 2 different things. They billed my credit card $185 more than what I signed for. When I brought it to their attention, all Steve could tell me was he didn’t know how that happened. It wasn’t what he submitted to my credit card company. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company and lost. Apparently, they don’t need your signature to submit charges. So, I was lied to. Be careful. You have been warned."
