"Absolutely disgusted at how poorly this place is being run. We bought a toy that my son NEVER USED and attempted to take it back to this location. When my fiance got there he asked that they come look at the toy in the trunk of my car as it is a large toy and difficult to carry. Instead, the man made my fiance carry the toy inside, then told him that due to stains from "heavy use" (even though my son refused to play with the toy, which is why we were taking it back) that they could not take it back. When I called to spoke with the man, he continued to argue with me that my son had put several stains on the toy. I will say, we do have pets and I'm sure it needed to be wiped down, but to be told that it was heavily used and it would be "too much work" to sanitize is absolutely ridiculous on every level. I will probably not return here, nor will I recommend anyone to use this facility. Kidstuff really needs to step their game up, and work on their customer service."
