"I wasn’t greeted by someone as I always have been when I pull up. I was then asked to pull my own car into the bay which was a little nerve racking. Got inside and the coffee maker was broken and no coffee in the alternate coffee maker. Not the Jiffy Lube experience I am used to. They came to give me the price of the oil change and at this point I declined and went to another location. I had the usually good experience I have at the second location. *Update* I reached out to the manager who replied to my review and never got a call back. Lines up with my in person experience."

"Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for their Outstanding Customer Service. Very Friendly and Accommodating Services. Went in for service was greeted by Juan, very nice gentleman. Was seen immediately and further taken care of by Myrna, Doug and Sam. Quick, Efficient and Professional. This experience renewed my relationship with Jiffy Lube. Thank goodness for other locations. The Burke location had destroyed it by their lack of all the above, after years of using that location. Thank you All !! I will be a returning customer !"

"I love this place because I don’t need an appointment and my oil change takes 10-15 minutes which it supposed to be everywhere! The staff are friendly and professional. The lobby has free WiFi. I do highly recommend Jiffy Lube"
