"Took almost 20 mins to get checked in for my oil change appointment. When I was finally assisted, Jack was helpful and friendly. I asked them to check on a few items. After 2 hours, my car was ready. This part is the reason for just a 3-star rating; I’ve been coming to service my car here over 10 year, under both old and new management. NEVER before have I taken my car into the shop and repairs made before consulting me on the findings. I think it is absolutely unprofessional to service my car without allowing me the choice to choose whether I wanted to or not, and then just present a bill for me to pay. Luckily, the total charges weren’t a problem, but it’s left me with a bad impression."

"I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get an oil change appt. on short notice. My car was serviced in a timely manner and they honored my previous dealership’s agreement. The young gentleman at the service desk was efficient, friendly, and respectful."

"I’ll lead with how nice everyone at the dealership was. The wifi and coffee were free. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes for my oil change, inspection, and recall fix. After 2 hours I asked if I was almost done as I needed to get back to work. They said oh yes you’re all set and then I was on my way. I realized later that evening that despite me asking if the inspection could be done and being told yes, my car had not been inspected. So now I have to make another trip up to the dealership. Which is not ideal as this is an extremely busy time of year and they do not do appointments for inspections. I am extremely frustrated that I have to return to the dealership. Being nice is great but being accurate and following instructions would have been way better."

"When I called to schedule a maintenance appointment the person told me that only 7:30 am appointments were available and everything else was taken until the end of the year. I told her that I'll bring my car to another service and interestingly she found an appointment for the day and time I originally had asked for. Ourisman should be customer friendly and professional. Having said that, Andres was helpful, understood our needs and very cooperative. We appreciate that. The service was accomplished in the timeframe we were given, no delays and the car was also washed and vacuumed as a complimentary bonus."
