"Great experience at Volvo Fairfax! I had my second maintenance last year and need to get third one recently. I visited other Volvo dealer and they denied third complimentary maintenance since my car mileage was over 35K. Customer Service told me that dealer can deny the service if the mileage is over at some point. So I called Volvo Fairfax, they welcomed me and scheduled an appointment at that day. ‘KYAW’ advisor was so friendly and kindly answered any questions. He recommended me to add tire rotation service, it costs for that service but I was really happy to do that. They did car wash and provided complimentary Lyft ride. I would like to visit this location for any service needed in the future!!"

"Volvo Fairfax's service was amazing. The vehicle stopped at an intersection with a lot of smoke and decided to go to Fairfax, closer to home than Volvo Dulles, which is closer to the scene of the accident. 'SUNNY', the person in charge, was the best. Personally, I was impressed by the fact that the company was working hard for the benefit of the customer, even talking to the extended warranty company for more than 40 minutes. He kindly answered any questions and did his best as if he were fixing his own car. 'SUNNY' is exactly what Volvo needs. If there is a person who is full of such top-notch customer service, I will continue to visit and may go back to buy a Volvo car in the future. Thank you SUNNY.
