"My son had his first filling and Dr. Hoyos and Tashia (the dental hygienist) were incredible with him! He was scared about the procedure and they walked him through each step and made him feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for kids. Everyone from the receptionist to the practitioners are super friendly and do a wonderful job."
"My family went to them for our bi-annual dental visit (checkup and scaling) for the first time. For the last few years, we never paid a penny for our checkups. We got charged over $300 extra. They encouraged us to take panoramic x-rays without checking with our provider and we got charged the full amount. We clearly said (more than once) that we were going in for a checkup and are only going for the services which are wholly covered in our plan (checkup and scaling) and they assured us. I don't mind paying for services that aren't covered by our insurance. However, it bothers me when a doctor's office tries to upsell me services even after I stated multiple times the scope of our visit. First time working with them and definitely the last."
