"Waited 15 minutes outside because the door was locked it had been locked for so long there was a huge line the lady came back from the break room as she said on the phone cause we had to call several times for her to come out its also 40° so we all dont really appreciate waiting in the cold getting sick just because."

"I love you to this store be after what I went through today I don’t think I’ll be returning.The brown skin lady that works cashier with an accent was very rude about me returning a product that she gave me, that was wrong!! It’s ok if I can’t return it!! But There was no need to be rude about it!!"

"My son suffer from Mental Health. And told me they treat him bad when he goes into this store(Jr. Market) and I though he was over exaggerating until I seen it for myself today. Don't get me wrong he not perfect and sometime he do make out burst, but only when approached wrong or when someone looks at him like he trash. With that being said, he walked in there to purchase a few items. First the lady looked at him like he was trash for starters, and he overlooked that so he spoke and she didn't and then as he was leaving out she told him not to come back anymore. As he walked out he told her he didn't care and said something in his own words to make himself feel better. NO PROFANITY. I think the people you hire to work in your establishment need some social skills and manners. I will continue to pass this information on. I didn't catch her name but she was working the counter between 4-5 pm today. MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL & THEY HAVE FEELINGS TOO. His feelings was crushed because he just couldn't understand what he done & personally I didn't either. But don't worry I told him everyone will not understand him, but keep his head up and God will handle the rest."

"I go into this store everyday the employees are very friendly an knowledgeable the older gentleman in the morning is my favorite . Deanna is also my favorite they kind and patient , they are really great people. Unfortunately ther is one bad apple that just started at this location this young lady has dark brown hair small ponytail up top , a bunch of tattoos an she not so pleasant to be around at all she doesn’t smile , I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but everyday I go into this location this young lady isn’t smiling she means to customers and super sarcastic. If your familiar with this area there is a 711 near East beach near shopping center when you first enter Oceanview area the staff at 711 are friendly always smiling an I love 711 rewards system I like jr market employees more but this young lady is giving the store a horrible look . This young lady lives pretty close to the jr market I spoke too manager this morning but if the young lady doesn’t pull it together me an my family will not longer visit this store there is a tinee giant also down the street I look forward too updating this post but sadly I don’t think this young women will adjust to her job an just be patient an friendly with customer ."
