I had them put a new zipper on my leather drumstick bag a few years ago and it looked like brand new when I got it back. Prices are reasonable for what they do. True craftsmanship."

"I dropped off my 12-13 yr old brown Frye harness boots last week. They were well worn and looked the part. They looked over 13 yr old! They didn't need repair, just cleaning, polishing, and conditioning. I was hesitant to drop them off. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded unenthusiastic and unsure of their capabilities. BUT....I am so glad I took the chance! I wasn't expecting brand new boots, but that's what they look like!!! And so soft and buttery!!! Please encourage your workers to be more up front and enthusiastic when talking about your services...I know I will be!! I'll see you soon with my Coach bag!!"
