"Rudest customer service provided by Sherenita or Sherita ...I asked to be let in to the restroom because they keep it locked. She rudely told me she was counting money that is all she said. She did not say she would get somebody, she did not ask me to wait till she was done she just dismissed me.. even though there were many employees milling about that could have done it . The shelves were bare and it wasn't even worth the trip in. Won't be back anytime soon."
"I debated whether or not to post this, but it needs to be said. I called to schedule a pick up with SA, and was never able to speak to a person. I went online instead and scheduled the pickup 2 weeks in advance for a tall curio cabinet I have in storage. On the day of the pickup at the end of the day the driver called to say SA wasn't picking up furniture at this time (driver was by himself). He gave me the # to his office, and his boss said they have nothing to do with website, even though the website has the option for furniture pickup. My 70 year old mother and I ended up moving the curio by ourselves. It was either that or pay $208 for another month of storage for 1 item. So thanks SA for screwing me over. My advice: don't use the website. Go to the location and arrange your pickup because calling is useless."

"I gave a 2 only because the driver did answer my call.however did an on line pick up 2 weeks in advance. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. No call. I call them and was the told that the piece of furniture could not be PICKED up. My daugther and I had to Close the storge unit. So we moved our selves."
"Huge! Great prices and selection. 25% military discounts on top of already cheap - albiet heavily used - stuff. I would go here with the expectation to just stumble into something you like rather than search for specific items unless you're after furniture or clothing (they're probably going to always have inventory for those)."
