"My husband has been taking ALL of our vehicles to Brandon for repairs. I can't say that we've ever been overcharged or given the run around in any circumstance. We've gotten our oldest son's girlfriend to purchase a vehicle from them as well, and she HAS NOT had any issues with the car since she's had it and has pasted inspections as well. Matter of fact she loves her Honda Accord!! We've recently purchased a Jetta for our youngest son and he loves it. We have a grace period to inform of any repairs needed, which I think is fair, and as long as we stay within that period his repairs will be taken care of. The entire staff is very friendly and respectful. They are a great group to do business with. They key is to communicate and everything will fall into place.
