"Totally disappointed in this dealership with service!!! Every single time it's a 3 to 4 hour wait for oil change or anything small!!! You are not a priority at all!! PROIRITIES FOR LIFE IS A JOKE!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE WAITING ROOM!!!Do yourself a favor and just go pay for your oil change somewhere else!! It will be so much faster and they would not overbook you like here!!! This will be the last vehicle I will buy here!!"

"1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, and arrived 20 minutes early. My steering wheel is coated in oil. This is a reoccurring theme at this dealership."

"Had an appointment at 745am for a manufacturer recall on brake vacuum pump. got there at 730am. stayed at the dealership kept checking back in. and around 1pm finally had enough asked them about a status on my truck. they had said “we didn’t know you were here, they haven’t ran a diagnostic yet”. I asked for my truck back and apparently the only person who can get me my truck went into a “mandatory meeting” and they kept telling me they can’t get him out of the meeting to get my truck. I had to pick my daughter up from daycare. 3:30 and still at dealership."
