"This is the WORST location I've ever visited! What B&BW store have you ever walked in, and no one greeted you and asked how they could help you? NONE! The associates sat around talking in a huddle on the floor instead of assisting customers. I had to go interrupt their circle time just to get help and don't even get me started on how they swore they couldn't accommodate my request at the register even though I'm an associate and had done it several times myself while at work. Once that information came to light, I miraculously was able to have it done. Kate is rude and should probably consider taking some leadership training classes, specifically in the areas of listening to understand and not only to respond, if she's going to continue to serve in a customer service role. I hope they get it together and swiftly as you NEVER know who could be visiting your store."

"Ran in yesterday with my mom to grab some coupon goodies, and I mistakenly picked up a shimmery body oil instead of the glitter spray she wanted. When the cashier was ringing us up, my mom noticed the price was quite a bit higher than she expected. When she asked the cashier about it, they immediately explained it was for body oil not spray, and rushed to the store himself to get the right one. When they came back, they let her know that the glitter spray of the scent that she wanted was sold out, but they brought a different scent in the glitter spray and explained it my mom brought it back and exchanged it for another day, she could still get the scent she wanted at the discounted price. It was such a small act, but considering that it all happened because of a mistake *I* made, I was so touched that they went above and beyond to get my mom the product she wanted at the price she wanted!"

"I visited this location on 11/18/23 around 6:45pm with my husband. I had two books of coupons that were mailed to me and I wasn’t sure what the rules were for using them, they used to let you use all of them at one time. So I asked an employee. The younger girl with the very short curly hair was incredibly rude to me. She didn’t greet me or ask how I was doing and was clearly annoyed by me. She said “What do you mean because they’ve never let you stack the coupons except on Black Friday??” Then she said “I mean, I’m sorry if someone else has been letting you do that but that’s not the way it works.” Um, ok. After that I didn’t want to even spend my money here so I gave all my coupons to another customer and my husband and I left without buying anything. I will not be back, they lost a customer. And I have been spending money here for years."

"Excellent staff and selection. This is the only Bath and Body Works my wife will go to now. Employees always make her feel welcome which makes the buying experience top notch. One employee In particular we think his name was Damon was really kind and helpful. We will definitely be back."
