BJ's Tire Center

"Ordered tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. Dropped off car while I was at work and when I came back to pick it up the tire techs told me they don't normally say this, but the tires I bought weren't very good. I had also been side swiped in a parking lot months prior, causing a minor dent, and they said my tire on that side might come flying off while driving and they shouldn't have put it on the lift. If there was such a danger, I would expect management to call me. Of course I freaked out and took my car to my normal mechanic and they (gasp) put it on a lift and drove it. Guess what, my car is fine. Maybe get tires there if you are a man, but I will ride a donkey to work before I ever go there again Edit: management apologized and gave me a $60 refund on the over 200 I spent."

"Had the pleasure of hitting a screw while visiting the city. Luckily Firestone was busy or I never would of found this amazing place!! They fixed and patched my tire in no time. GREAT customer service, great car care, had me ready in no time. Very informative crew well."

"Richard in the tire center was absolutely amazing!!!! My mother came in town from and popped her tire right before she was to head home. The gentleman who helped us put the donut on, told us about BJ's wholesale and recommended we call. We were surprised because we had no clue they even had a tire center. Richard answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was right before they closed but we made it just in time for him to change my Mother's tire and he didn't mind at all. He was quick and efficient and got her back on the road safely and promptly. Richard is an asset to this company and should be rewarded for his hard work and dedication. His customer service skills are unmatched and he was such a blessing to us, especially during what could have been a very stressful and frustrating time! Please make sure you reward him!"

"Recently had a tire problem late after ALL local tire service centers, except for BJ's, were closed. There was one knowledgeable and talented gentleman staffing the night shift at BJ's whom fixed the problem and went far beyond that was expected. Thanks and Gracias!!!"
