"Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy something at Royal Farms. I work in emergency medicine and I’m always on a time crunch, used the kiosk, and the kiosk was unable to process the order even though it was not an age, restricted item and cashier, looked at me glaringly, and did not assist with purchase. I will never purchase from this institution again."

"Super disappointed. Yesterday I ordered 2 chicken meals with an extra side. I assumed one of the sides was in the box with the chicken. When I got home I discovered that was not the case and they shorted my my order of potato salad. This has become far too common for me to continue ordering food at Royal Farms."
