"Cashier forgot to put one of three items tgat I purchased after she wrapped them. I came back to the store and was unable to get a refund as they told me that lost and found would give me a call. No time fame was provided on when they will call me and the store manager was rude."

"Regrettably, I have to leave a bad review due to my customer service experience with a cashier. As someone who spends ample amounts of money here at which happens to be my favorite store ever by the way, I will not recommend shopping in the evenings with the possibility of feeling deprioritized, rushed and encountering a specific rude cashier. It is one thing to be a difficult customer but it is definitely another when you were already deemed one before an interaction even happens. I recommend removing said cashier as it seems that her rude and abrasive demeanor is ruining that homegoods culture that people like me love."
