Even though this was a small thing theirs Customer Care folks were great to work with. They reached out to the manufacturer, got me a price and had it shipped. Throughout this whole process they were great in their communication. A real pleasure to deal with!"

"We recently purchased a bedframe and two night stands. It went quickly and the salespeople were nice. However, the one clerk that checked us out was making remarks about needing a raise. The bed came in a timely manner even though it was delayed. However, as we were assembling it we noticed that it had legs underneath the frame, running right along the middle of it. They did not touch the floor which seemed very strange. Salespeople never explained this existing situation. We called today and we found out that it is a manufacturer's design to allow some buoyancy by keeping the legs shorter. Which really doesn't make sense. They asked us to send pictures of the situation. We did and and we also sent a video of how the legs not only do not touch the floor once the mattress is on it, they also rub against the flooring every time the person on the bed moves causing friction. The answer to said situation was that we should put a pad underneath to prevent these legs from damaging the floor. Poor design??? What happens to the spine of a child that sleeps on a bed that doesn't accommodate good alignment. Second of all, a rug is not an option because of my child's allergies. This should be brought to the attention of the company and they should address the situation. Make longer legs to support the frame in the middle and don't expect customers to have to pay for the poor design. Customer service in this area was very poor. Do not recommend buying the Denver Brown Panel bed. My son loves the style but the design is flawed. They should have shared that with us when we purchased it. Go to a different store (We went to the Virginia Beach one), maybe management will be more helpful. We are now escalating the issue since customer service didn't help much and the manager was unidentifiable. We asked multiple times for a name or ID number and K. refused to share it. Why?"
