"We bought a 2022 Silverado with only 16,000 miles on it.. what a great choice. That was in Dec of 2023, took it in for a simple oil change and they charged me 80 freaking dollars. WHATTTT. I thought you get free oil changes and inspections for a lil while anyway. When we got this truck our credit union says it was actually like a new truck , but they acted like my truck was a AS IS vehicle.. I’ve bought cars that were 5 yrs old and got better service coverage than I got with Hall.. I’m gonna take my truck to Jiffy Lube from now on because that was a sucky move on my wife and me..We are both in our 60s and that was such a blow to us.. Really Not EXPECTING THAT"

"5 Star for sure! I made the appointment online the night before for 8 a.m. Communication was great! They provided a video with recommendations. My car was ready for pick up within 2 hours. The service advisor, Destiny, was wonderful! AAÀAA+++++"

"Called to schedule an oil change. I give them the cars info and schedule the appointment. They called me 45 minutes before the appointment to cancel and make me reschedule because they can't manage their staffing. I show up to find out that the appointment isn't even for an oil change, they just want to rotate my tires. Thanks for the quality service."

"Absolutely AWFUL customer service. The service center went downhill substantially since Charles Barker was taken over by Hall. I’ve been told I’m due for an oil change only to show up and be told my oil won’t be changed, only the fluids topped off or that I’m not actually due for an oil change at all. Absolutely no respect for all of the arrangements people make with their jobs and lives to make these service appointments. Almost every time the service center has not put all of the caps back on my tires after checking the air so I constantly have to replace them. I was told I needed mileage service on my car at one point, asked 3 times if it was included and didn’t cost extra, reassured it did not and then was slapped with a large bill afterwards to which I had to make a fuss over to get them to take it off for telling me otherwise beforehand. I’ve also sat for almost 3 hours for an oil change before…I would rather pay for an oil change elsewhere than come here to get a free one for buying my car here."
