Jersey Mike's Subs

"Wow I don't normally write reviews but after experiencing the worst attitude I've seen from someone in customer service, I had to. The girl Semione that was making my sandwich should of been sent home from work to change her attitude. She had a terrible p'd off look on her face from the moment I walked in so I smiled at her and she cut her eyes at me. Then the manager/supervisor prepared the first part of my sandwich and slid it down for her to put toppings on and went to the back of the store. I waited a few minutes while she was topping a previous order. Then the manager came back out front and said to me she wants to know what you want on your sandwich. I thought that was strange, I was standing right there, so was she, but she wouldn't even speak to me. She just stood there looking mad. Then she rang me up, dropped (not placed) my sandwich in a bag and I said thank you and smiled again, she didn't speak again, cut her eyes again and looked away. This my first time in this Jersey Mikes as I just moved to the area this week. I won't be spending any more of my money here and hope the manager sees this review because her behavior was unacceptable. You shouldn't tolerate an employee treating customers so rudely. Her attitude stunk so bad you should have sent her home and told her that behavior will not be tolerated and if you don't change your bad attitude you won't have a job here."

"Jersey Mike's makes me want to sit inside to eat just because it's so nice. The staff, the food and the service are top tier. I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Everything with the order is always correct AND on time. All the other fast food restaurants around should take notes from these guys. Keep up the great work!"

"As soon as you walk in this place you can see dirt. Dirt and old food on the tables, old sauce that’s dried up on the chairs. Don’t get me started on the food prep counter. There’s old crust and crumbs everywhere. You can tell the shift managers do not delegate any cleanup responsibilities among employees. Having worked in the restaurant business before, it’s crucial to maintain cleanliness by making sure things are being wiped down throughout the day especially during down time where customers are low. The cleanliness in this establishment is POOR. No one wants to eat in a visibly dirty, filthy establishment. Do better! If you work in the food industry you need to have clean standards."

"I got the Roast beef and cheese. The roast beef was bland and had no taste. Horrible sandwich. The only good thing about it was the oil and Vinger. This was my second time eating there. The first time it was bad, gave it another try. I'm never eating there again. I don't understand why people like them. Their food is terrible."

"Really love how fresh everything is and the quality. They have gluten free sub rolls that are great. My personal favorite is the #13 Italian sub on the gluten free bread. My first meal after giving birth was my long awaited #13, it was heavenly!!"
