Pho 79

"I've ordered take out from here multiple times and the food is usually pretty good. However, the WAIT is ridiculous! This current take out order, I placed at 7:20pm and it is already 8pm and I have YET to receive my food. I mentioned it to someone and they said, "oh it's done" and then she turned around and said 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, my Boba teas have not been made yet so now my food is done but my Boba teas aren't. Then come to find out they're also out of Boba now, which was one of my main reasons for coming here. Although the food is good, the amount of time I have to sit here and wait for a called in order that was quoted 15 to 20 mins to be done, IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT! At this point, I will no longer be coming to this establishment due to their lack of customer service as they offered nothing but an apology as they handed me only half of my food. They need to get their timing under control. Oh and mind you, I ordered TWO Boba teas and since they only had less than enough boba for ONE, they split it between two cups and expected me to be satisfied with having had to pay full price for both to get less than 1 cups worth of Boba. They handed me my drinks and food and told me to have a goodnight. They did apologize again for the wait but at this point that isn't enough. So I left and then realized why am I paging 13.02 for TWO Boba teas when you didn't even have enough Boba for the one?!? So I went back in and the managers weren't even there, they only have shift leads. And they asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. My point is, if you've made it a point to apologize a million times for the wait and then continued to talk to each other about how long I was waiting while other orders were being picked up the second they walked into the restaurant, why do I have to tell you thia is poor customer service for you to do something about the fact that I had to wait an HOUR for food that should have taken the quoted 15 to 20 mins to make. That is 3X as long as your quote time! To say I am disappointed and dissatisfied would be an under statement."

"I went here with my wife and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The environment was very warming and the lady that took our order was very nice and friendly. The man who gave us our food was also very nice and made sure we enjoyed ourselves while we waited. The food was great to for our first time trying Vietnamese food. I would honestly recommend this to my family and friends."

"This is a favorite of mine when I’m in the area. The pho is very tasty with good pieces of meat. The service is always nice, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and well decorated. This is a good place for a work or friend get together for lunch."

"I’ve been to this place several times and was good those times in the past but here lately the food is terrible. You order to-go food and arrive to pick it up, and it’s never ready! Tables go unclean. I’ve watched the owners sons friends walk behind the counter and in the kitchen. Serve themselves with drinks. This place is terrible here lately. Health department needs to check this place out. Terrible!!"

"Beef Pho #4: rare round steak with brisket. Bahn Mi #6: lemongrass marinated pork. The pho could have used a slightly more depth of flavor in broth but I was not disappointed. There were plenty of vegetables that complimented the meat so it worked out. The pork in the bahn Mi was flavorful, bread was toasted and the pickled veggies were great contrast of flavors. Some of the Bahn Mi's are cold so be sure to ask before you order."
