"In the past the experience has been friendly and I liked their sushi better than others near me, however they recently treated me very disrespectfully. I have spent a lot of money there, and they were very rude about a mistake that they made on a takeout order. It just won't be my go-to anymore. There are plenty of choices for sushi, four closer to my house. I may give them another chance, but if I experience the same thing again that will be the last time. I originally made this a 1 star, but as they responded to my wife graciously in her review, I changed it to a 3."
"The staffs of this restaurant are so nice and welcoming! I ordered the tuna tataki, soft shelled crabs, and a sashimi deluxe. Sashimi tasted very fresh and the tataki was so refreshing! The restaurant itself is also very cute and unique."
"The 2 is for having to wait 1 hour 15 minutes for food. Called in order and told 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later and paid for food. Order wasn't ready. Told 15 minutes. Left phone number again as I waited in car. No call. I went back in and waited the remaining time. Now I am home and food is not spicy as I asked. $50+ down the drain."
"Best sushi in Suffolk! Love the staff, love the food, love the atmosphere. I've even ventured off of the sushi menu several times and have never been disappointed. I send my husband here for Udon noodle soup when I'm under the weather too. Great prices, fresh sushi, and the best yellowtail and tuna tataki I've ever had in Hampton Roads."
"I enjoyed my salmon teriyaki bento box. Everything was fresh and tasty. The tempura was light and came out hot. The sushi rice was cooked to perfection. The fried banana was also very well done! We'll be back!"
