Buffalo Wild Wings

"The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Waited over an hour and a 1/2 for food. Watched people come in after us and get served their food and yet we still didn't get our food. When we got our food we got the wrong wings. We ordered medium wings and we're given the hottest wings. My friend almost past out when he ate one of the hot wings? And management only said sorry and replaced the wings so we asked for everything to be boxed in a to go box we were sick and tired of sitting there. And they made us pay for the whole meal. Worst experience ever will never be back."

"Biggest thank you to James: My daughters orders were delivered and a few things were a little wrong. My daughter called up to restaurant and spoke with the new GM James and not only was he very kind, understanding and helpful he made sure they were taken care of and there order was made correct. Plus even made sure they were taken care of for there next meal. Thank you so much for your time and generosity in helping them. "There was only 1 group of 8 already eating when we arrived. It took about 5 minutes till anyone greeted us to seat us. They then sat us at a table with dirt and wrappers all over the floor. We waited another 10 minutes till a server even came to us. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get 3 fountain drinks. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks and it took almost an hour for our food. Meanwhile, not once did the server come to check on us, or ask about refilling our drinks. We started noticing a few tables would just leave as they hadn’t even gotten any drinks after quite a while. As we waited for our food, one of the cooks in the back had come around with his pants near his knees with his rear end hanging out for all to see his underwear. To top it off, we got the wrong bill at the end of the night. I’ve tried convincing my wife her past experience was a one time thing but I can safely assume we won’t be coming back ever again."

"I am only going to give facts here and leave the rest out. Walking in, it was empty. We ordered, it took about 20 minutes to get 15 traditional wings, cold fries and FROZEN carrots and celery. We asked our waitress and she said, she picked out the best ones. ??? They forgot my sweet tea. And they had no coffee. They forgot the paper trays to eat/share from the 15-wing metal tray. And when we asked for trays so we could start eating, they brought us to-go boxes. ??? I asked our waitress to get a fresh order of fries as ours were cold and hard to bite into. The ketchup bottle was empty after 5 squirts. I had my son grab one from the next table. The wings we got were half-sauced. I asked our waitress for more sauce and she mentioned she noticed they were a bit dry. And you did nothing??? Brought it to us anyways?? The bathroom, that needs some serious work!! There were footprints, dirty footprints on the toilet seat! The bowls have not seen a scrub in at least 60 days! I'm getting the chills just thinking about the women's bathroom."
