"I recently was in the market for a Fiesta ST, and one popped up here that was a sweet enough deal to warrant a drive up from Norfolk where I live to check it out. Upon arrival, Yacine Cherikh handled getting us out on the road for a (spirited) test drive, had no problem letting me really get a feel for the car, and obviously was a car guy himself. Now my least favorite part of any dealership is the haggling process, and my wife has told me I can be rather blunt; at no point in negotiating the price point was anyone I worked with unpleasant or unreasonable, and we ultimately ended up finding what I felt was a very reasonable compromise. The vehicle itself had some shortcomings but it was priced accordingly and every effort was made by everyone involved to make sure it was in the best condition possible when I came to sign the papers for it. I can't recall the names off the top of my head but the finance manager and the GM both also put up with my shenanigans with grace. All in all probably about as good of an experience as you could expect out of a dealer."
