"Our server was rude, overcharged us, charged us for things not even brought to the table, when we told her that our order was incorrect, she rolled her eyes and brought us a new plate and order was still incorrect. Instead of checking on us she proceeded to chat in the back with a coworker. When we paid our ticket she wrote herself in a tip after we left. When we confronted her manager, he just gave us the money back so they knowingly write tips in and didn’t want to get it disputed. This is a disappointment because I’ve come to Casa Grande for over 20 years and never had terrible service. This was the Brook Road location. So make sure you double check your receipts and bank statements :("

"So much for the option for the cheese dip when you pick a taco and they will not give it to you, doesnt matter that the website will let you add it to your order and pay for it, no 1$ discount for cheese here, and dont bother adding any special note or requests. Unfortunately the food is delicious. Just wish they cared about the customer more than making a penny"

"Casa Grande...located in a strip mall near Target was DELICIOUS!. While waiting for my takeout we sat at the bar had 1 margarita on the rocks. They also provide chips and salsa, Perfect. I ordered Tacos Carne Asada to go to share with my daughter. Oh my the flavor was on point, better than some of the high priced Mexican restaurants I have been to. My to go had 3 Tacos...rice & beans.. chips...salsa...very tasty. We will be back. Thank you. Oh and the service was GREAT!"

"There's a few locations throughout Richmond. They are a pretty solid Mexican joint. My kids absolutely love Casa Grande. Service is typically pretty good and food is usually served fairly quickly. Pretty standard menu throughout I don't think anything really stands out or is exciting or different on the menu. Just very consistent with good quality Mexican food. They typically will have some sort of happy hour with the Margaritas which my wife enjoys. Can't go wrong with the place never had anything that was bad have eaten there for years. Dislocations pretty good size and with a bar. Do you want some good Mexican food don't think you can go wrong with this place."
