"This is some of the freshest fish I have had in the Richmond area! I'm from SoCal, so sushi is like a religion to a lot of us, and I was very very pleased with the quality of the fish I ate and the diversity of the rolls. The atmosphere could be a little better, but it's extremely clean. Between the Japanese beer choices and top quality fish, I would come back anytime."
"Good sushi is hard to find in Richmond but this is one of the better places to go if you are in the mood for nigiri. The cuts are quite large so it's good value for the price and the fish quality is pretty decent, better than most in the area. The staff is really friendly. Loved my lunch bento box."
"I stopped buy this sushi place on the 1st of June of this year. Sorry for the late post. It was the only sushi area in the area for where I was heading. I had the homestyle spicy miso, California roll, eel boba roll, double rainbow roll and the gyoza. My total for this order was $50 before tip. The service was okay, the location was just okay and the interior of the restaurant was a little dated. Everything was freshly made and tasted great. All in all, it was an average sushi experience since they didn't have anything unique on the menu that I have not tried before. All in all, it was a good place and if you like sushi I would probably go here on the regular. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible"
"The best sushi I’ve tasted in my life hands down. They have every day clients, this places is fun, amazing staff and you can blindly order anything because EVERYTHING is made to taste amazing. They also have a karaoke where staff and clients participate. I don’t live around here but come every six months to this area, this is my new favorite spot."
"I love this spot, I’ve had sushi all over the world including Japan and this is very solid sushi. The prices are fair, the fish is fresh, and ALMOST most importantly, they do a great job with their sushi rice. Nice to have such a great place to get good sushi close to home."
