"My daughter went into this store to get a replacement Pandora bracelet and they were completely nasty to her. They asked her what she did to her bracelet (as if she intentionally broke it ,which she didn’t) and then they told her she shouldn’t be wearing it to bed or in the shower (which once again, she didn’t do that)… they were very condescending and snotty. A white woman walked into the store (my daughter is half East Indian) and they greeted her and did not hesitate to help her (unlike my daughter). After getting the new bracelet my daughter asked if she could look around; their response: “I guess”… and then they proceeded to follow her around as she looked. I’m not one to go around calling out racism and profiling, but this place definitely has “racist vibes”."
"My first time shopping at Penelope. Staff very friendly and helpful. Manager introduced herself to me and said she could get anything I wanted in any size if they didn't have it. Very nice variety of clothing and gifts. Bought several things. Definitely will be shopping again."

"Love this place. If I could afford to shop there every week I would. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable about Pandora and Vera Bradley merchandise. I witnessed one employee give her undivided attention to help another customer pick out the perfect blouse for an upcoming event. So many options to choose from in a small store."
"I have been shopping at Penelope for a long long time now and always receive above and beyond awesome customer service. I was in this location on Saturday looking for a pair of earrings to go with my Easter dress and was pleasantly surprised at all of my options and all the help I received from the ladies working that day. I wish I could remember the name of the sweet younger girl that helped me pick the perfect pair! You guys are awesome!"
