"Nothing new. Poor customer service, report, & knowledge from the same two nitwits who have been there for years. I had to call my dealership asking the same question I did with them. My dealership reassured me that they should be able to run it through their computer sytem to provide them with the exact part I needed, (which we both had a good laugh at) bc they could have easily just typed it into the computer system. You guys have one on your website for Christ's sake. I'm starting to see why certain jobs are being taken over by technology. I suggest maybe enforcing basic classes to provide your workers with more BASIC knowledge of vehicles...common sense might help as well. My family & friends will no longer support Advanced Auto Parts or its affiliates. Furthermore their prices are outrageous compared to several different competitors I've looked into. I'm just flabbergasted at the amount of stupidy there can be in one store."

"I ordered a wheel stud from a different location. At 230. Was supposed to be there by 4 coming from this location. No show. Then it was supposed to be tomorrow morning. No show. I had to physically drive over there. It is the most run down place I have ever seen. A bunch of unmotivated lazy employees. Never coming back here and I don’t suggest you do either."

"Came in on a Sat at 5:01 pm as they were closing. Without hesitation, Manny welcomes me in, got me what I needed, and had me on my way. All with a smile on his face!!! He could’ve easily said they’re closed, but instead, he decided to make a customer for life. Thanks, Manny!"

"This location is branded Car Quest still even though it's Advance Auto now. I've been twice in the last 4 days and both people were super helpful. This is my go to place now. Customer service is everything and so far they have my business. Period. I don't just change things willy nilly, so that says a lot."
