"When we arrived we noticed the same two employees who were working on our previous visit. They were slow then and that that has only gotten worse. We waited several minutes for them to finish serving the family of four in front of us. When it was our turn we asked which bread was the freshest. The man answered that they were all baked at the same time and were all fresh. Nope! What we got (the whole grain) was as stale as could be. My wife wanted lettuce- they were out so he disappeared for five minutes and returned with not only lettuce but four other containers. We paid for our food and sat down to eat. There was a family of three behind us and two ladies behind them. I decided to time how long it took before they got to the place to even place their order - 17 minutes! Are you traveling on 81 and planning on stopping for a quick meal? Keep driving one more exit"

"One of the people working the shift understood that it was a busy hour and was working her butt off trying to get the line down a long with the mobile orders. The other worker was very unhelpful. Maybe he was in training, but with a line close to the door, you would figure he would be more helpful."

"Not sure If this is the right location but we stopped to get food because we were on our way home from taking our puppy to the ER vet and when my fiance dropped his sandwich he was so upset and wouldn't go back in to ask for a remake because it was "his fault" but they were so kind and remembered his order and remade it for him. They were so fast too! Amazing people!!! I don't remember their names but the guy had an earring! Love yall!"

"I have to say that this particular subway is lacking customer service skills. I went in today at 3:15 and the girl who was working really needs some training on people skills. Very rude. No one was in there but me waiting in line with no acknowledgment that i even came in for a few minutes before she came over. She never said hello or anything then came over with an attitude. I even asked her why she was being so rude after a couple smart remarks. I decided after that i would take my business elsewhere and left without my food. Please work on training your staff.. this is not the first time Ive had bad service in this restauraunt."
