"The manager Sabrina was very rude , 3 people came into the store and ordered medium coffees with different Condiments, every time one is ready they medium coffee! But not specifying with what I ask her what’s in it ? She just looked @ me & walked away, I asked her her name she said Sabrina . I asked Sabrina what? She said just Sabrina. I will not return to this franchise"

"I was feeling like having some lovely healthy breakfast food. Okay, I was feeling like some sugar, okay? So I went to the Dunkin Donuts within walking distance of me. I was a little worried because of the low rating and some of the reviews. I got there around 9:30 AM and was the second in line. I let somebody go ahead of me because I was planning on getting a dozen and was trying to decide which ones I wanted. The doughnuts all are labeled and even have how many calories each type has. I finally stepped forward and got three Boston Kremes, three Glazed, three Glazed Blueberries, and three Strawberry Frosted. Total was $12.71. Not bad, about a buck a doughnut. After taxes. Service was fast, everybody seemed to be cheerful and smiling, and I was understood. The only problem I have with this location is they use Doordash for their delivery service. Why, you ask, is that a problem? Well, Doordash likes to add to the price of items on the menu. I once ordered a chicken dish from a Korean place that, in the restaurant, costs 15 bucks but when ordered via Doordash cost 20 bucks. And that does not include the delivery fee and service fee and tip. I checked to see how much it would cost me to have a dozen doughnuts delivered to my condo. Funny enough, and to be totally honest, I think the doughnuts are CHEAPER on Doordash's menu! BUT adding all the other costs pushed the total price to over 20 dollars for a dozen doughtnuts. Depending on the tip. Then you have to wait for it to show up and hope none of the doughnuts are crushed or that Dunkin Donuts had to replace any of the items because they were not available. Remember that the type of doughnut you order might not be available because they already sold out. On the other hand if you order them in person you can see what is available right on the spot. (Update - tried to order via Grubhub - both orders from this Dunkin' were cancelled. Was told it was some problem with the connection with Grubhub order service.) So the Dunkin Donuts near me it great, good to know I can fall back on it if I need to, and with so many in the area you can likely walk to one. Update - A few days ago tried to order from this location via Grubhub in the afternoon, at around 5 PM, and the order was canceled. They didn’t have donuts. So I ordered 12 Donuts today - 2 Boston Kreme, 2 Chocolate Frosted, 2 Glazed, 2 Chocolate Glazed, 2 Jelly Filled, and 2 Vanilla Creme. IT was delivered pretty fast but most of the donuts don’t match the list. Why did they give me…are those 2 Frosted Sprinkles Donuts? And 2 Chocolate Cake Donuts? I understand if they DON’T have the donuts I asked for…but then why allow me to pick?!?! Update - 2/21/201 - Finally ordered something from this location besides dounuts. Got the Southwest Veggie Power Breakfast Sandwich, Wake-Up Wrap Southwest Veggie, and a Wake-Up Wrap Beyond Sausage. And THEN I also got a Half Dozen Donuts. And when the ordered arrived the dounuts were the dounuts I had ordered. Wow. The sandwiches were good and the dounuts were fresh. I think. So it turned out okay. I did get a discount from Grubhub so that was good too."
