"I come to this location pretty frequently, but lately they hired a new guy who is extremely rude and obviously looks like they hate the job. I asked for an ice drink and they were out of ice so I opted for a hot drink which in turn the employee gave me attitude. I seriously wonder how Starbucks/Safeway does their hiring process."
