"African American lady with a limp had an attitude as soon as I came in and then nodded at me and asked me “ you ready”? She never Acknowledged me when I came into the store she then proceeded to fold cups and the wraps and then when I looked away, then she started to stare at me and then when I finally gave her back eye contact she nodded her head and then asked” you ready “ This is stemming from Monday same African-American lady had an attitude because I didn’t ask for my bread to be toasted. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her yes and then she proceeds to tell me that it wasn’t on the original order. I told her I was in the car and it probably didn’t take but I wanted it toasted ;she rolled her eyes at me, and then she suddenly just was like upset , then she mumbled something and I asked her what did you say and then she wouldn’t answer I walked over to the counter a little bit closer & I said I’m sorry what did you say and then she still did not answer and she handed me the bag and asked what kind of chips do you want? I already had the chips because the other girl at the register had already given it to me when I paid. This girl needs to be in the back office stocking , cleaning, but she needs to be away from the public because she’s got the hardest face and the roughest attitude. The worst experience this week . Then she told me that she was not going to serve me.I called corporate and I will be talking to her manager at 6 AM tomorrow here at the Baileys Crossroads location in Falls Church, VA. 11/9/23"

"I absolutely despise their bagels. Despite Einstein Bagels' claim to be 'baked fresh every day,' they fall short in texture and taste. These bagels are far from soft, and their crust is nearly indestructible, making it a challenge for your dental work (watch out for your fillings/crowns). Smoked salmon doesn't always taste fresh, and I would much rather take the time to toast a store-bought bagel myself than subject myself to the disappointment of the offerings from this store. It's especially disheartening considering it comes from such a popular chain, one with 'bagels' in its name."

"I wish I could give it zero stars. I asked for a chocolate bagel and cream cheese, which was done correctly. I then asked for an egg and cheese bagel on a plain bagel. I drove to work as usual and then I get there and take a bite of my “egg and cheese bagel”. I WAS SHOCKED THERE WAS FREAKING BACON IN IT. Keep in mind, I have never ate meat let alone bacon. It is against my beliefs. You best believe I called them ASAP and the lady seemed to not care not one bit. She was like oh sorry like girl, WHAT??!!! They offered a refund only for the one bagel but I had to go in person to get my money?? Just REFUND MY MONEY WHAT????? I don’t live near there how am I supposed to get my money. Anyways, if you for any religious reasons or any reason have any dietary restrictions. Please don’t go here THEY SUCK."

"I love Einstein Bros. Bagels, and this location is so close to me so I've been coming here for years. That being said, this location has the most lackluster service. The coffee always tastes burnt, or is out completely and they take FOREVER to get orders completed. I was in a rush this past weekend and placed a mobile pickup order through their app. I arrived at the restaurant at the ETA the app provided, but my order wasn't on the mobile pickup shelf. I assumed they were just running a little behind and waited. 10 minutes later, I went to the counter to ask about my order and the cashier turned and picked up my order off the back counter. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there. When I got home (this location removed tables and chairs during the pandemic), not only was my toasted bagel cold, the inside was burnt. Disappointing. The food is still usually good, but definitely avoid this location if you are in a hurry. You're better off going to Starbucks a couple of doors down."
