"Had a hit and run accident a week ago Friday . Tore my driver side mirror off and messed up my windows and paint. I went to O Ts and he fixed it up like new . They are very nice and do everything they can to help you out . It's not many places you can trust but I will always use this body shop . I was smiling the whole way through the the ordeal . My insurance company was the best and very nice to me as well . Farm bureau in new tazewell tn . Great people all the way around. Thank you very much"
